Panchkula teen stabbed to death in Zirakpur

A Panchkula resident (17) was stabbed to death while his friend got injured in a brawl that took place at the Baltana main market on Monday evening.
The deceased, Krish, and his friend, Prince, had gone out for a party. The duo had an altercation over a petty matter with some youths at the market, following which one of the youths attacked them with a knife. Krish and Prince sustained multiple stab wounds.

After the police reached the spot, the victims were taken to GMCH-32, where Krish was brought dead. Prince is currently undergoing treatment.
The police said the assailants had fled the spot before they had reached. Officials have the CCTV footage of the assailants while they were fleeing the spot.
Baltana police post in-charge Satnam Singh said the officials had identified the suspects and teams had been sent to arrest them. They would soon be arrested, he added.
