A circular was issued in 2019 inviting applications from faculty members requesting the consideration of their past service for promotions. The applicants were required to strictly adhere to the guidelines outlined in Regulation 10 of the UGC Regulations, 2010. However, during June 2014 meeting, it was decided to review these cases.
