The Panjab University (PU) Incubation Centre, in collaboration with the Centre of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship and PI-RAHI, organised “Business Launchpad 2025” to support young entrepreneurs.

The panel included Dr Narinder Singh Jassal, Senior Scientist, CSIR-CSIO, Manish Verma, co-founder and CEO, AngelBlue, and CA Rakesh Kumar. Six start-ups pitched their ideas before the panel, competing for recognition and funding. After evaluation, UrCompanion by Jatin Pasricha won the first prize of Rs 5,000, sponsored by IDFC First Bank. Farmer’s Market by Sehajpreet Singh Boparai and his team secured second prize.
