The accused, who has been identified as Veer Inder Kumar, was arrested by the Mandi Gobindgarh Police on August 20, 2019, near the Nasrali Railway Bridge and 200 intoxicant pills were recovered from his possession.

After hearing both the parties, the court conivcted him in the case.
