PHDCCI successfully hosted the fifth edition of conclave-2025 and second edition of HR excellence recognition at Hotel Lalit, Chandigarh.

Lokesh Jain, co-chair of the Haryana State Chapter of PHDCCI, emphasised the importance of prioritising employee experience in human resource management. “He underlined that HR should focus on creating an environment where individuals feel valued, motivated, and empowered to contribute their best,” said a press release.

Bharti Sood, regional director, PHDCCI, said, “HR is the backbone of any organisation.”

The conclave featured three panel discussions: Future-Ready Workforce, Technology in HR, and Employee Wellness.

More than 100 HR teams from various organisations and institutes submitted their nominations for the HR excellence recognition, organised for the second time by PHDCCI in association with Simpli Group. The jury honoured 10 teams for their best practices in different categories during the function.
