Chief Judicial Magistrate Ajay Kumar Ghanghas, who is head of the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), conducted a surprise inspection at the protection home for runaway couples at the Kalka police station and found no CCTV cameras, poor maintenance and inadequate space at the facility.

He wrote a letter to the Deputy Commissioner of Police flagging the issues.
