Nandani scored two goals as Government Model Senior Secondary School (GMSSS), Sector 22, recorded a 3-0 win over St Stephen’s School, Sector 45, in the ongoing girls’ U-17 Pre-Subroto Cup, today.

Nandani scored two back-to-back goals (27th minute, 29th minute) to help the Sector 22-school log an easy win. Earlier, Madhu netted the opening goal in the 17th minute.

Sacred Heart, Sector 26, girls logged a 1-0 win over Saupin’s School, Sector 32. Soumya netted the only goal of the match in the 13th minute.

In the boys’ U-17 category, Government Model Senior Secondary School, Sector 37, continued their winning streak by registering a 3-0 win over Strawberry Fields High School, Sector 26. Arbeend (14th, 17th) scored two goals, while Lemmet (24th) added one to the tally. St Stephen’s lads defeated St Soldier’s team by two goals. Harshbir (4th) and Vedansh (36th) scored a goal each for the side.

In the U-14 category, Government Model High School, Sector 36, logged a 3-0 win over Saupin’s School. Ningombom (5th), Daya Singh (24th) and M Barish (18th) scored goals for the winning side. Vivek High School, Sector 38, defeated St Soldier’s School 3-2. Ayan (5th), Natik (27th) and Naman (35th) scored for the Sector 38 outfit, while Sehajdeep (7th) and Raghav (35th) pulled off two for the St Soldier’s team.
