Khailender Singh Kadiyan, one of the accused in the alleged property grab case of Sector 37, surrendered before a local court today. The court sent Kadiyan to three-day police remand.

The police have so far arrested Sanjeev Mahajan, Satpal Dagar and inspector Rajdeep in the case. Arvind Singla, another accused, had already surrendered before the court.

As per the FIR, the accused allegedly sold the house of Rahul Mehta fraudulently after allegedly abandoning him in Gujarat. The police said an imposter of Rahul Mehta was produced before the office of sub-registrar at the time of the execution of sale deed of the house.
