Chandigarh, January 31
A professor of Panjab University, Dr Bhupinder Singh Bhoop, has been chosen by the Punjab Academy of Sciences (PAS) for the conferment of “Lifetime Achievement Award” for contribution to the field of sciences, especially extensive pioneering research work in pharmaceutical sciences on novel and nano structured drug delivery systems using quality by design paradigms.

The award will be conferred upon Dr Bhoop during the inaugural function of 27th Punjab Science Congress to be held at Desh Bhagat University, Mandi Gobindgarh, on February 7. He will be the first pharma scientist to be bestowed with this coveted award by the academy since its inception in 1996.
