Chandigarh: Panjab University has issued an advisory regarding a fake notice that has been doing the rounds on the campus. In a statement from the office of the Controller of Examinations, the PU cautioned the students against the notice: “It is notified for the information of public in general and the students in particular that due to boycott call by the Punjab and Chandigarh Colleges Teachers’ Union (PCCTU), the examinations, except MBA (Executive) and BE, scheduled for December 21 has been postponed to December 28.” The university has advised the students not to follow the information given. — TNS
