Men’s yoga team of Panjab University has made history by winning the silver medal at the All India Inter-University Yoga Championship held at KIIT, Bhubaneswar, in Odisha. It is for the first time that PU has won a silver medal at the prestigious national-level championship.

Parul University and Maharshi Valmiki University, Haryana, won the gold and bronze medals, respectively.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
