The residents of Opera Garden, Dhakoli, a residential project developed by CCPL, held a silent protest for seven days against the builder's alleged failure to provide promised amenities despite collecting maintenance charges in advance.

“Continous construction has led to disruptions. Residents are facing daily harassment by employees hired by the builder, who has failed to obtain the occupancy certificate,” residents association official Manjulla S Chatrath.
