The Panchkula District Roller Skating Association will organise the District Roller Skating Championship on October 12 and 13 at the IT Park skating track, Sector 22. During the championship, the top skaters will be selected to represent Panchkula district in the Haryana State Roller Skating Championship. As per the Roller Skating Federation of India guidelines, the skaters registered with the national body will be eligible to participate in this championship. The skaters are required to specify their registration on the district entry forms, which are available at respective skating centres and schools.

The Manav Mangal Skating Carnival concluded at Manav Mangal Smart School, Sector 88, Mohali. As many as 400 players participated in the event conducted in six different age categories, starting from U-5 years to 17 years (boys and girls). Director School, Sanjay Sardana awarded the winners and handed over a cash prize of Rs 2,100 to each winning skater.
