Top seed Saanvi Garg outclassed Ajenika Puri 6-1 6-1 to enter the girls’ U-16 semifinals in the ongoing Roots-AITA TS7 National Ranking Championship.

Second seed Isheeta Midha registered a facile 6-3 6-0 win over Tamanna Walia, while Agampreet Kaur drubbed Paavni Panwar 6-3 6-3.

In the last quarterfinal match, Mannat Awasthi rallied to beat Poonam 2-6 7-6(4) 10-1 win.

In the boys’ U-16 category, top seed Shraey Vir outplayed Parth Sharma 6-0 6-1, while Arpit Garg advanced to the last-four round with a convincing 6-1 6-1 win over Karen Singh.

Parmarth Kaushik edged out Armaan Walia 6-1 6-3 and Keshav Dangi thrashed Aryan Jolly 6-1 6-1.
