Delhi Public School, Chandigarh

“Green Week’ was organised for the students of nursery of Delhi Public School, Chandigarh. Colour green was the flavour of the week and to teach colour recognition, green was used in all art and craft activities. Children also came dressed in green and were carrying green objects. They thoroughly enjoyed the germination activity and named their plant as their “green buddy”. Tiny tots also enjoyed a nature walk. At the end of the week, the kids took a pledge to keep their surroundings clean.

St Joseph’s Sr Sec School, Sec 44-D

To mark the beginning of the new academic session, a “Samarpan Ceremony” was held at St Joseph’s Senior Secondary School, Sector 44-D, Chandigarh. The previous and present teachers of Classes III, IV and V had a detailed discussion about the strengths and weaknesses of all students who were promoted to the new classes.Principal Monica Chawla congratulated said this ceremony truly proved it right that, “The secret to a rich life is to have more beginnings than endings.”
