The Sector-42 Boxing Coaching Centre's Saurav won the gold medal in the 30-32kg category, defeating Yogesh Singh of Sector-56 Coaching Centre on the concluding day of the Sub-Junior Boys State Boxing Championship at the Sector 42 Sports Complex.

Bharat of Moti Ram Arya School, Sector 27, and Armaan Rana of Government Model Senior Secondary School, Sector 56, claimed bronze medal each.

In the 33-35kg category, Deepak defeated Nishchay to win the gold medal, while Aryan and Adhyan claimed the joint third position.

Rihan beat Tanmay Katha to bag the top honour in the 35-37kg event, followed by Purv Singh Rawat and Neer Bedi at the joint third position. The 37-40kg category saw Anurag post a stunning win over Aryen for the top podium position, with Parveen Kumar and Dipanshu sharing the third place.

Nakul came out on top in the 40-43kg category, overpowering Chaitanya Gaur. Aarav Vedh shared the bronze medal with Anshkut Yadav. Sarthak Gillot defeated Manan Choudhary to win the 43-46kg final, and Adarsh Raj and Tanishq Pawar won bronze.

In the 46-49kg category, Kartik defeated Parth in the final bout, while Aaryan Singh Maurya and Chinmay Tiwari claimed the joint third position.
