The school celebrated an eco-friendly Diwali, bringing the school community together to embrace the festival of lights responsibly. The event emphasised the importance of a ‘Green Diwali’ by promoting sustainable practices, such as avoiding firecrackers to reduce pollution. A colourful rangoli competition was the centrepiece of the festivities, alongside activities such as diya painting, creating art from waste and storytelling about Diwali customs, all highlighting harmony with nature.

At the school, students celebrated Diwali with a spirit of creativity. They engaged in drawing and craft activities, decorating diyas with colours and glitter. Teachers explained the significance of the festival, emphasising its spiritual message of the victory of light over darkness, knowledge over ignorance and hope over despair.
