Sector 10 coaching centre boys register victory in roller hockey

The boys’ cadet roller hockey team of the Sector 10 coaching centre defeated Roll Runners 11-0 on the second day of the State Roller Hockey Championship at the Sector 10 skating rink today.

The team of KB DAV, Sector 7, ousted Ryan International School, Sector 49, 9-0, while in the inline hockey event Ryan International School A team defeated their B team 4-3. In the girls’ cadet roller hockey event, Roll Runners posted a 7-0 win over KB DAV team. The boys’ sub junior team of Sector 10 coaching centre posted a 4-0 win over KB DAV A-team, while Ryan International School ousted KB DAV B team 5-1. In the girls’ sub junior event, KB DAV squad recorded a 2-1 win over their B team. In the girls’ junior category Ryan International defeated KB DAV team 1-0.

In the boy’s junior inline hockey event, Ryan International defeated Wind Chasers 9-2 and Roller Jets Team defeated their B team 10-1. In the roller hockey event, the A team of KB DAV defeated their B counterparts 9-1. In the girls’ junior inline hockey event, Ryan International defeated Roller Jets 3-0, while the Roller Jets A team won their tie in the men’s senior event by defeating B team 2-0.

In the women’s inline hockey, Ryan Falcons defeated Roll Runners 3-0 and the men’s roller hockey team of Chandigarh A played a 4-4 draw against KB DAV team. KBDAV women’s team won their roller hockey match against B team with a 5-1 verdict.
