SGGS, Dev Samaj claim rugby titles
Sri Guru Gobind Singh (SGGS) College, Sector 26, and Dev Samaj College, Sector 45, won titles on the concluding day of the Panjab University Inter-College Rugby Championship for Men and Women, respectively.
In the men’s final, the Sector 26 team defeated Panjab University Campus (30-00) to claim the title. The team of GHG Khalsa College, Gurusar Sadhar, defeated GGDSD College, Sector 32, by (29-00) to bag third position.
In the women’s category, Dev Samaj College for Women, Sector 45, won the title by logging a 15-05 win over MCM DAV College for Women, Sector 36. Panjab University Campus stood third.
