A delegation of the Property Federation Chandigarh led by its president Kamaljit Singh Panchhi met Deputy Commissioner Nishant Kumar Yadav. The delegation presented a memorandum outlining key issues, including share-wise property registries, simplifying building bylaws, efficiency in working of the Estate Office, optional no-objection certificate for freehold properties, etc. The DC assured the delegation that he would address the issues raised by members of the federation.
