Shubham claims chess title
The 12th Chandigarh Chess Academy Open and Children’s Prize Money Chess Festival concluded today. Shubham Shukla won the open category with 5.5 points, while Naren Gupta clinched the top spot in the U-14 category with 5.5 points. Sarvesh Rana secured a win in the U-10 category with 5 points.
Kamya Kumari won the title ‘Best Woman in Open Category’, Vanshika Yadav ‘Best in U-14’, Dilmeet Kaur ‘Best in U-10’ and Trimaan Gill ‘Best in U-7’. Aarush Singh won the‘Best Boy in the U-7 Category’title.
