A day after Punjabi music producer Pinky Dhaliwal hinted that Sunanda Sharma was successful because of him, the singer hit back, saying “only God and her hard work had made her successful”.

When asked by mediapersons for his reaction on the whole controversy, Dhaliwal had used the term 'roti paayee' at the police station.

The 33-year-old singer from Fatehgarh Churian claimed she had suicidal thoughts in the past. She thanked Punjab CM for his help.

Punjabi music producer Pinky Dhaliwal was arrested on Saturday after Sunanda Sharma filed a cheating, forgery and criminal intimidation complaint against him.
