Rana Hospital received recognition for holding the longest unbroken medical record from the World Record Union. In 2013, Dr Hitender Suri performed 391 surgeries with a time of 8 hours and 45 minutes. The record was added to the Limca Book of Record and in 2023 was registered in the World Book of Records, London.

On its 12th anniversary, it has not earned recognition as the longest unbroken medical record from the World Record Union.

Suri has bagged a total of 23 national and international records over the years, including the Dhanwantri Award (2019)—the highest honour in the field of Ayurveda and the State Award 2025.
