Six Congress leaders have expressed their intentions to contest the Chandigarh Lok Sabha seat on the party ticket.

Former Union Minister Pawan Kumar Bansal, city Congress president HS Lucky, former president of Chandigarh Youth Congress (CYC) Harmail Kesari, president of CYC Manoj Lubana, former secretary of Chandigarh Pradesh Congress Satish Kumar and former Mayor Ravinder Singh Pali filed their applications at the party office in Sector 35.

Today was the last date for submission of expression of interest for the aspirants of the Congress ticket for the Chandigarh Parliamentary constituency.
