In a significant step towards ensuring a smooth transition from intermittent to full-pressure water supply, a state-of-the-art smart meter testing lab has been set up at the Water Works-III, Mani Majra.

Consumers who have registered complaints about their smart meters can get them tested free of charge at the lab currently.

Smart City CEO and MC chief Anindita Mitra said the lab would operate daily. The initiative will improve the water supply management system in the area, providing residents with a more reliable and efficient service.
