Snatcher held in Chandigarh; mobile, motorcycles recovered

The police have arrested a 19-year-old accused and apprehended a 15-year-old juvenile in connection with a snatching case reported in Manimajra. They also recovered a stolen mobile phone and three motorcycles, including the vehicle used in the crime.

An FIR was registered on September 13 at the Manimajra Police Station, following a complaint by Vijay Kumar, a resident of Panchkula. On September 15, Arun (19), a resident of Manimajra, was arrested. A 15-year-old juvenile, who was also involved in the snatching, was also apprehended the same day.

The police recovered the snatched mobile phone from their possession, besides a motorcycle (CH01BU9778) used in the crime.
