He underscored the need to curb unproductive habits such as excessive social media use or watching reels, reminding students that “time once lost cannot be regained”. He encouraged Class 10 students to utilise this crucial phase effectively in shaping their careers.

On the occasion, the Chief Secretary planted a sapling on the school premises and felicitated meritorious students as well as children with special needs.

To enhance the school’s infrastructure and accommodate a larger number of students, the previous single-storey structure was demolished and replaced with a new four-storey building. The new facility, with a total covered area of 39,696 sq ft and parking space of approximately 16,000 sq ft, has been constructed at a cost of Rs 9.54 crore. The modernised infrastructure will benefit nearly 600 students from the surrounding areas.
