Arjun Kumar, a student of School of Experience Illusion and Life Learnings (SXILL), Chandigarh, won the “best animator” award at WAVES 2025 Awards — held under the aegis of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting in collaboration with ASIFA India.

In a press release, SXILL founder Vineet Raj Kapoor said, “We are extremely proud of Arjun. His success is a testament to our focus on quality character animation training.”

Arjun said, “I’m honoured to receive this award, but it’s also a win for all my peers who supported me. Special thanks to my mentor Mangat Chauhan and Neelu ma’am for helping me stay financially afloat during my training.”
