The Tribune Real Estate Expo 2024 entered its second day with continued enthusiasm and engagement from visitors, at Sector 34 here today.

Attendees, including potential home buyers and industry professionals, seized the opportunity to explore diverse real estate projects showcased by leading companies.

The expo, open from 11 am to 7 pm, featured prominent participants like Hampton Sky Reality Ltd, Janta Land Promoters Ltd (JLPL), Omaxe Group, PCL Housing, Credai Punjab, IDBI Bank, and SBI Bank, offering a range of projects, from mid-range to luxury segments.

The second day witnessed a dynamic exchange between exhibitors and visitors.

Gagandeep, senior sales executive at JLPL, shared that potential homebuyers showed a strong interest in accommodation options, emphasising both affordability and investment potential. Notable exhibitors like Divine Home, Orbit and Das Associates, and banking giants Canara Bank and IDBI Bank actively engaged with visitors, providing them with housing finance options.

An enthusiastic visitor, Neha Sharma, shared, “It’s fantastic to have all these options under one roof. I am particularly interested in the developments in New Chandigarh, and the expo allows me to directly engage with professionals and gather insights.”

Another visitor, Rajiv Kapoor, emphasised the expo’s value. He said, “I appreciate the opportunity to interact with developers and industry experts. It informs me about potential investments. The range of projects presented here caters to various preferences.”

As the real estate market experiences robust demand, the Tribune Real Estate Expo 2024 serves as a pivotal platform for fostering connections between the sector and end consumers.
