A team of Police Station-31 has cracked a house theft case in Ram Darbar within hours with the arrest of two habitual offenders and the recovery of stolen gold and silver ornaments.

The accused have been identified as Ashvani, alias Kallu, (26), a resident of Ram Darbar, and Rishi, alias Badal (29), an e-rickshaw driver from Mauli Jagran.
