Panchkula, June 15

The third drive-through vaccination camp held at Tau Devi Lal Stadium in Sector 3 here today received a lukewarm response as only 1,031 people turned up to get the jabs.

Today, no vehicle was seen on the road leading to the stadium as compared to earlier camps when a large number of four-wheelers had lined up on the road from the IT Park in Sector 23 to the stadium.

Officials said it was a working day today. So, lesser number of people reached the centre to get the jabs. As there was no heavy rush, people coming on two-wheelers and bicycles were also administered the vaccine.

The administration and the Health Department had set up four centres in the stadium for vaccination. As there was no rush, people were vaccinated at two centres only.
