The suspects have been identified as Sumit Kumar, a resident of Kandala, and Rohit Divola (25) and Rishabh (19), both residents of Zirakpur.

A case under the NDPS Act was registered against them at the Sohana police station on Thursday. The trio was today produced in a court, which sent them to police remand.

The suspects used to purchase heroin from Delhi and sell it to youths in Zirakpur, Mohali and the adjoining areas at exorbitant prices, said the police.
