The police arrested two men for allegedly using forged documents to help secure government jobs.

The suspects, Hisar residents Vikram and Tarun Grewal, would fake disability certificates and facilitate candidates using the forged documents. On the statement of Uttarakhand native Gautam, a case was registered at Aerocity police station.

The police said fake Aadhaar cards, a laptop and others documents were recovered from the two accused during the investigation.

“The suspects have been involved in the illegal practice since 2016-17. They used to charge from Rs 5 to 6 lakh and promise people good jobs,” a police official said.
