Those arrested were identified as Mundi Kharar residents Ashu, 21, and Chandan, 19. Two other suspects are Kaithal resident Kapil and Jhanjheri resident Kirpal Singh. The police said a Canada resident, Gurdhian Singh, cousin of Kapil, had a financial dispute with the complainant and the incident was a fallout of the issue. Three youths had set the car on fire while the fourth waited in a car after which they fled the spot.
