Chandigarh: Two persons have been arrested for snatching a mobile phone. A resident of Maloya had reported that her mobile phone was snatched in Sector 17 on Tuesday. The police registered a case at the Sector 17 police station. During investigation, the police arrested two accused. They have been identified as Avinash Kumar (27) and Harish Singh (21), both residents of Kansal. TNS
