Panchkula: Two more persons succumbed to Covid-19 during the past 24 hours taking the total number of deaths to 366 in the district. Meanwhile, 20 fresh Covid cases — 11 men and nine women — were reported, taking the total number of positive cases to 30,481. There are 136 active cases in the district.

A total of 3,432 persons were vaccinated at 28 government and two private centres across the district. — TNS

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
