A police team caught the accused, Deva, red-handed and seized gambling equipment and Rs 3,370 cash from him.

In another case, SI Abhishek arrested Deepak Kumar under similar circumstances and seized Rs 1,920 and gambling materials from him. They have been booked under Section 13A of the Gambling Act.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
