Two PhD scholars, Khushboo Pathania and Akhil Khajuria from University Institute Of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Panjab University, have been selected as Commonwealth Scholars. They were selected under the prestigious Commonwealth Scholarship Commission’s Split-site PhD programme.

While Khajuria, who is currently working under the guidance of Dr Gurpal Singh, UIPS, and Dr Ravi Pratap Barnwal, Department of Biophysics, will now work at the University of Central Lancashire, UK; Khushboo, presently working under the mentorship of Dr Sandip V Pawar and Dr Sangeeta P Sah at UIPS, will work at the University of Nottingham, UK.
