The Covid vaccination centre at the Dera Bassi Civil Hospital has been shifted to the Sant Nirankari Satsang Bhawan, Adarsh Nagar, Dera Bassi.

Sangeeta Jain, Senior Medical Officer, Dera Bassi, said the decision had been taken keeping in view the instructions of the government and convenience of people.

All persons above the age of 45 would be vaccinated, along with those whose second dose is due, at the Sant Nirankari Satsang Bhawan. Labourers or construction workers aged between 18 and 44, family members of healthcare workers and persons between 18 and 44 of years, who are immunocompromised, should also be referred to the community centre, Tehsil Road, Dera Bassi, for vaccination.
