In semifinals, Vaidhavi defeated Aashia 20-0 20-0, while Ayesha overpowered Shayna Parveen 17-9 15-1.
In the boys’ junior title clash, Arnav Bahuguna outclassed Keshav Tushar 13-0 18-15. In semis, Tushar recorded a comeback 4-17 17-2 12-9 win over Abhinav Sharma, and Bahuguna overpowered Inderjeet Singh 7-6 8-12 21-0.
In the men’s singles quarterfinals, Himanshu Shekhar easily overpowered Abhinav Sharma 25-0 17-2 and Paras Arora blanked Amandeep Batra 25-13 20-15. Mohamed Talib defeated Deepak Bisht 24-10 25-2 and Sudhir Sidhu defeated Deepak 15-18 16-13 19-15. In the women’s quarterfinals, Nidhi Gupta ousted Shayna Parveen 25-0 25-0 and Sangini Mamgain defeated Aashia 25-5 25-6. Ayesha won the last match by defeating Maryam 15-20 18-17 23-10.
Mohammed Sameer won the boys’ sub-junior quarterfinals by defeating Mukteshwar Singh 20-0 10-1. Imraan defeated Priyansh Mittal 0-8 7-2 8-0 and Mohamed Armaan defeated Devansh Goyal 21-0 18-3. Advik ousted Tanishq Badoni 8-2 9-4 in the last match.
In the girls’ sub junior event, Kashika Verma cleared the quarterfinal round by defeating Advika 2-0 6-1 and Mudra stunned Kavya Verma with a 11-0 14-0 verdict. Samaira Madaan also moved into the next round by defeating Gurleen Kaur 5-2 5-1 and Khushi Aggarwal defeated Shanaya 21-0 21-3.
