Vedant Garg and Aayra Singh won titles with 4.5 and three points, respectively, at the Chandigarh Under-15 Open and Girls Chess Championship-2025, which concluded today at Sri Aurobindo School of Integral Education, Sector 27.

Ayaan Garg with 4.5 points finished second in the under-15 open category. The third and fourth positions went to Atharv Singh Negi and Vivaan Mittal, respectively.

In the girls under-15 category, Anvi Gupta with 2.5 points claimed the second position while the third and fourth positions were bagged by Dusicka Yumlembam and Parthvi Sharma, respectively.

The selected four boys and four girls will represent Chandigarh at the under-15 nationals to be held in Uttar Pradesh from September 18 to 26.
