Brig Kiran Krishan (retd), convener, IESM, North Haryana, said the Armed Forces continued to bear the heavy burden of guarding national honour at a great cost and it was time for the nation to reflect on the sacrifices they continued to make every day. The policy makers ought to ensure that the soldiers were given adequate wherewithal to carry out their tasks. Mayor Kulbhushan Goyal sent his good wishes to the veterans fraternity. — TNS
