Dr Gurinder Singh Walia, former Joint Director, Animal Husbandry, Punjab, and member of the Punjab State Veterinary Council, said it was unfortunate that an elite class of doctors was compelled to take the protest to the roads to wake up the government, which had failed to fulfil the aspirations of the people.
