Fatehgarh Sahib, April 18

A large number of migrant labourers who work at World Wide Foods Private Limited, Mandi Gobindgarh, hit the streets and protested against the factory owner for not helping them during the lockdown.

Amloh SDM Anand Sagar Sharma along with Mandi Gobindgarh SHO rushed to the site and interacted with labourers. Sharma said the administration has been providing meals and ration regularly to labourers in Mandi Gobindgarh, but these workers were protesting as their owner refused to give salary.
