Fatehgarh Sahib, May 28

A virtual workshop was held at Mehar Baba Charitable Trust, Bassi Pathana, today to celebrate International Menstrual Health Management Day.

The workshop was jointly organised by Mehar Baba Charitable Trust and Rotaract Club Chandigarh Himalayan under project Pankh.

The event was presided over by Mia Yen, the Consul General of Canada in Chandigarh.

Under project Pankh, rural women are educated on the importance of menstrual health and hygiene and encouraged to use green pads.
