Mohali, June 18

A 24-year-old youth youth was found dead at his paying guest (PG) room at Dashmesh Colony in Balongi. The deceased has been identified as Arvind Banyal, a native of Hamirpur (HP).

Preliminary investigation revealed that the youth was a patient of diabetes. His blood sugar levels shot down drastically due to which he lost consciousness and died, Balongi police post in-charge Rajpal Singh said. The police said the youth shifted to the house on Tuesday saying that he was joining a job in Mohali.
