An AIIMS-New Delhi research has found that people with Delta variant could get re-infected after vaccination, but the disease wouldn’t be severe.

The study comprised 63 participants, of whom 36 were sequenced for infection detection. No death was reported among those vaccinated, but the variant was found dominant in majority of the participants sequenced. — TNS
