Cash amounting to over Rs 10 lakh was stolen from an Axis Bank ATM on the Delhi-Jaipur highway last month, with no visible damage to the machine, police confirmed on Sunday.

The theft occurred on the night of April 30 at the Axis Bank ATM near Rico Auto Industries, as detailed in a complaint filed by Gaurav Kumar Baisla, an employee of Hitachi Payment Services, the company tasked with maintaining ATMs for various banks.

The police said a case was registered on Saturday at the Sadar police station and investigation is ongoing.
