According to officials, a video circulating on social media showed the driver of a Mahindra Thar driving recklessly while another was seen urinating out of the window of the moving vehicle on Old Railway Road late last night. Taking cognisance of the viral video, the police registered an FIR at the New Colony police station and arrested both the accused.

It was revealed that the Thar belonged to Mohit. During the incident, Anuj was driving the vehicle negligently while Mohit committed the indecent act of urinating from the window.

“The accused Mohit has been booked in Jhajjar district for one case of murder, two cases of fighting and one case under the Arms Act in Rohtak district. He was earlier jailed in a Jhajjar case and released on bail in December 2022. We are questioning the accused,” said a Gurugram police spokesperson.
