The incident was reported to the Karol Bagh police station through a PCR call early Thursday.
According to the police, a car was found overturned at the accident site, while a scooter involved in the collision was completely damaged.
Police have identified the car driver as Angad, a resident of Lal Kothi on Roshnara Road.

One of the injured, an unidentified man aged around 27 — suspected to be a Rapido driver — was taken to RML Hospital by the car driver, who subsequently fled the spot.
The second injured person has been identified as Gyander Pratap Singh Shekhawat (23), a resident of Mandir Marg.
He was shifted to Lady Hardinge Hospital by a PCR van and is currently undergoing treatment.
A case has been registered under relevant sections of law, and further investigation into the incident is underway.
